  I had a very positive experience at Koser Jewelers. Ryan was patient, listened closely to what I was searching for, and took the time to work with me to find exactly what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay! He was courteous and genuinely wanted to help me find what I was looking for.. I would recommend this Jeweler to anyone looking to make a jewelry purchase.

  Koser is hands down the best and only jewelry store I’ll go to. You really feel right at home and the staff quickly become your friends. YOU are their #1 priority. And there is not a problem they can’t solve. When my husband and I were in shopping for wedding bands they asked if I wanted something to drink while we looked. I asked for hot tea. Randy, the owner, returned and asked if I wanted anything with it. I asked if they had honey and he said he would check. I found out they did not have honey but Randy ran to the grocery store and got some. I felt pretty darn special. Even if it was to make a sale. He won in my book! And I will keep giving them sales as long as I live. We now live in Annville and I would never second guess driving 30 minutes to their store. And I would never walk in or give another jewelry store my money. Sounds dramatic but that’s how awesome their customer service, quality and price of jewelry is. And I promise no one paid me or gave me Hearts on Fire to say this #koserfanforlife

  From the first visit the staff at Koser's was nothing but amazing. When looking for the perfect engagement ring, they took plenty of time to walk me through the different options and choices and answered every question I had. They were able to get me an awesome wedding band, that was the result of trying on quite a few different bands on multiple visits and a picture of one I spotted online. Every time you stop in they make you feel like your the only one in the store. You won't be disappointed if you give them a chance to work for you, I did and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
